"Stop Vehicle Immediately Engine Has Overheated" Advice appreciated please
Hello, thanks for allowing me to join your forum.
I have a 2013 Astra Tourer Auto 2.0 CDTI SRI which I'm very fond of and have owned since Sept 2016.
It's been faultless in the time I've owned it, and has done about 54000 miles, normally goes very well, and has full Vauxhall history.

Today, however after an 8 mile drive at fairly low speeds it broke down.

I had just negotiated a roundabout when a message came up on the display "Stop Vehicle Immediately Engine Has Overheated"

GTC body kit, color advice needed
Buying a new astra gtc in red as shown, but getting a few things added, front and side maxton design diffuser and side skirts in gloss black. Fitting csr rear diffuser which i will have to get sprayed black to.
Was adding a lower bottom boot spoiler as in last picture that i bought  from csr as well. As the top one comes with the gloss black strip on the edge as standard, question should i do the lower boot one (last pic) in the car red color or black gloss to match other bits, any views welcom

Advice needed on Android HU
Hi All,

I'll start with my specs: 2012 Astra GTC 1.7 CDTi SRI, CD400 with factory fitted USB, Bluetooth and DAB.

I've owned this car from new and am now looking to spec it up a bit internally as I tend to drive a fair amount for work and want some more creature comforts inside.

First item on the list is an Android HU to replace the crappy 4 line display above the CD400 while ideally keeping the same controls so it still looks fairly stock, I'm one of those weird people who actually like

Yesterday a little accident occurred and has caused for me to be in desperate search for a light replacement (bumper being fixed at later date) I’ve searched high and low on eBay I have tried the vehicle match service to find the proper light for my car but it seems to just continuously say nothing will fit my car. I have the 3 Door Astra GTC 2013 1.7 Diesel, I’ll attach pictures of my cars damaged light. Does anyone know where i can get a replacement quickly, Vauxhall themselves being a

SVS - Battery advice
Very strange one this morning. Cranked it over and it appeared sluggish, eventually started. Immediately went into SVS mode. Limping along.

Mate said to try charging the battery then disconnect and reconnect and see if that works. Amazingly did this limping along with revs not going over 3k. Big mistake to take it along the A1 but there you go.

Disconnected the battery when I got back, left it for 45 mins. Car started normal with SVS & limp mode cleared.

So now Im after a new battery (f

I bought a used GTC! - Fantastic car but a few issues i could do with advice about
Hey all,

just bought a 2L GTC, and its fab, 42k miles, 7 years old, was a Cat D, but has full Mots (all passed but had a few advisories here and there) going back 6 years and well.... I got it for a pretty cheap price so despite the issues I'm a happy bunny

So the good - Drives wonderfully, and the Dab/stereo is fantastic and looks pretty lovely too (white).

But, the issues

No parking sensors - have a "service parking sensor" warning

No Cruise control

and no air con.

Now th
