Picked up a set of astra GTC 19" fan wheels today for £400 Inc tyres. (235/45/19)

Exchanged the tyres for 235/40/19 (so they fit right), got a full set of continental with 6mm tread.

The tyre guys only charged me £40 including taking off the old tyres and fitting & balancing the new ones, TOTAL: £440

Hi all, Was looking at lowering my Astra VX line but concerned about wheelrub. Has anyone lowered there Astra on 19s?
