Manged to get a few simple mods done to my astra over the past few week so thought id upload them, also looking at painting the calipers and adding a pedal box soon. Mods so far include, changing interior lights to LED, rear windows tinted and sun strip added, and Heko wind deflectors

Righty then, i think tucpal has made a how to for the normal styling packs that you get and the rear for my 2016 gtc LE with vxr pack 1 went on perfectly but needed to take the wheels off. For the front i used a T20 torx screwdriver, 4 zip ties, a pencil, sharpie, a drill with various drill bits, a grinder, pin pliers, wire snips and soapy water with sponge. Hi all I have a 2010 Astra j 1.4 petrol ( non turbo ) which has just started playing up. Whilst driving warning lights come on the dash as can be seen in the first image, the speedo and the odometer stop working. This will then clear then start again. Then sometimes the power steering stops working and the lights on the dash are as in image 2. This can then clear and the cycle repeats itself. Just wondering, Does any one here experience a wierd behaviour on Rev gauge while on a not so steep downhill?

Basically, i own an Astra GTC 1.4T Auto transmission and when i'm doing a downhill, (doing around 40 ~ 60 mph - rev around 2000 rpm) and apply brake to slowdown, the engine rev goes up to 3000 ~ 4000 rpm.  Is this kind of normal?

I asked few Automatic car drivers (Jaguar XE owner and a BMW 3 Series owner - all 65 plate), and they said they haven't experinced such
