Induction kit or panel filter

Which to buy, are there any that are notably superior?

This seems to be one of those things that's down to personal preference.

To be honest it wont really do anything other than help the car breath a bit better performance wise you wont really notice it.

I have a panel filter on my 1.4t at the moment its a Pipercross and you don't hear it but you notice it rev's a little quicker as its getting the air faster.

As for the Cone or induction kit all it will do is make noise and possible suffer from heat soak.
