Hello VX.O.C Forum,

I've noticed some of your threads regarding our products. For Example: https://www.vxoc.org.uk/forum/Thread-HOW...ids-direct And I'm glad to see the success you've all had with our http://www.hids-direct.co.uk/r580-w21-5w...air-white/ Product in the DRL units and our Terminator HID kits.

I have here a code for 10% Off most of the store. "VXOCExclusive" Things not included are things such as whole Air Suspension units and OEM parts. However our whole range of Bulbs/HID Kits/LEDS along with a couple extra parts and the likes are all acceptable on the code. We will have a similar code for bank holiday weekend so consider this early access for the code, it will expire next week on the 3rd June so be sure to grab it while it's available.

Feel free to follow us on Twitter for more information on our deals and giveaway events.

Hello Andy, I'm afraid our last stock from the factory that arrived of these bulbs were very poorly made and had to be sent back. The supplier is still working out what went wrong and we are looking into a new supplier for kits with that bulb type and I cannot confirm a date on the arrival for you. However, I can suggest our 9006/HB4 kit if you are willing to do a little work of your own on the kit. By using a file to shorten it down a little we have had good results from other customers saying that it works in place of the 9012 Bulb sockets. By best suggestion would be our Terminator kit, we have seen and heard of near perfect results on newer Astra/Corsa/Vectra vehicles with this kit. http://www.hids-direct.co.uk/9006-hb4-35...rsion-kit/ The best way to test this would be to use the bulb outside of the socket before using a file on it and checking that the car accepts the kit with no unexpected errors.

Sadly we can never 100% confirm that our kits will always work even if all results we hear are perfect, this is simply due to potential firmware updates to cars that might make a slight change to one batch compared to one a few months down the line of the exact same model. But if you do have an error we'd be more than happy to refund/exchange the kit. But luckily due to our large amount of purchases and general feedback we can feel very confident in our choice in kits and which we suggest.

Hope this helps a little with your question.

Hello adam and welcome.

Just my feedback:
Im using a terminator kit since 2013, bulbs blown aftee two years and were good quality. Only thing it happens to me is that i have check bulb warnings every time i turn on the lights. I've tried with 3 different cancelers(2 supplied by you) and all throw errors :s

Any suggestion to fix this?

Thank you

this will happen when you have auto lights and the lights come on before the ignition has run for 1 min or so the ballasts need a charge to build to cancel the errors simply tuning the lights on and off usually cancel this error
best to start the car and then turn the lights on this usually helps
if the error is persistent then its a faulty ballast or lose connection

i think after 2012 or 2013 they have to be done by opening the ecu on the 2.0 cdti so a custom map is the only way
and chose a good tuner
