Could be for the washer bottle sensor that tells you if your fluid is running low... Guessing you don't have that feature at present? If not then that's where the tank with the sensor built into it would plug in

Hi mate I don't have that function but I put a multi meter to it and look like there is no power to it only 2 wires on it purple and black.

Yeah may not actually be wired up... I bought a tank for mine, plugged it in... Nothing happened lol. Plug is there but not wired up... Guess yours is the same

Just popped the bonnet on my car to see if I could see where it goes and I think it is the washer sensor my car has that function and its the only plug I can see wont that part of the engine bay

Yep as I thought then makes sense too as the plug is clear and so is the washer bottle...

It can be fitted mate I've got the coolant tank with sensor retrofitted

I only have the small ipc at moment with the errors that come up any cancel you can help out as was looking at getting them installed and working.

Andy from vx mods did my wiring for me... You'd have to contact him. Only charged me 20 quid or so
