Are you using access just as the database or writing an application inside access? Forms, vba, reports and stuff etc.

Basically what I'd like to do is looking at the picture is

When a tick is put in the On Cal box the current date gets entered into Date Sent box and the date removed from the Date Returned box.

When the tick is removed from the On Cal box the date is removed from Date Sent and current date entered in Date Returned box
