Deleting Previous Phones

Hi guys
We just picked up my daughters GTC Limited Edition 1.6 Turbo, in black, with leather and sat nav.
The previous owner or the dealer hasn't deleted the 5 phones registered to the 650 Nav unit, and no matter what I do I can't delete them, not even a factory reset deletes them.
If I try to delete one at a time, it gives the option to delete but the screen just looks as though its working but won't delete.
Any ideas please.

All OK now, she took it to the local dealer who wanted £80 to have a look at it. One of the guys in the showroom over heard the discussion and followed her out and sorted it for her, not sure he did anything different than she was doing but it did the trick.

On another note I just noticed the chrome trim around the drivers door speaker is missing, anyone know if this is available separately or does it mean finding a new door card.

I had great trouble deleting my from from a navi in a corsa courtesy car.

Door chrome would be a new door card it's not sold separately.

Thanks Rusty, I suspected it would be a new door card, I'll have a hunt around see if I can find one from a breakers, other than that the car is great, she loves it.
Just need to find a spare wheel kit now, I don't like her driving around with no spare wheel. She just chopped her Juke in and I managed to find a spare wheel kit for that, its in my garage now with the jack and the wheel brace.
