As a private sale it will be cheaper than the dealers trade in for that is £8500 just type his reg into we buy any car etc but the bhp does seem over the top even if mapped but i am sure 220 is possible

220 is possible as that's what I am running in my Bi-Turbo,, was running 240 but it to much for the DPF it blocks up and you go into limp mode..(the seller may have had the DPF removed then 240 would be possible) But there are only a few company's which do the bi-turbo...

I think its the torque figure, 400lbft thats more shocking than the bhp, that torque is 50lbft over the gearbox rating
