The SE & Elites still have the chrome mate but lower spec models don't.
That's how it's always been.

It's a bit of a lengthy read but if you can be bothered and are able to find the correct cluster then you should be able to do it too
. It does show all of that yeah but that wasn't as standard, I had to get someone to manually activate those and pay them for the service.

So I decided to buy chrome trim for the fog lights that sticks onto the black trim that I already have. Decided this was the cheaper option rather than spending £100+ on the various parts needed to get the proper fog lights installed which had the chrome trim on the surround which I'd then never use anyway lol.
Should be coming this weekend so will get them installed and post some photos
link is as follows if anyones interested:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CHROME-FOG-LIG...2c98a1e570
Which leads me to another thing I wanted to do and another question! Ha. Does anyone know of the grill chrome trim just slots into a space on my current grill or is it not that simple? The one i'm referring too to is this genuine GM product below:

Thanks dude! Can't tell the difference between those and the proper ones either! Just wasn't too fussed about the fog lights ya see...I was only doing those because the holder had a space for them..so was gonna cost me loads for something I wasn't gonna use
Edit: I thought you were tucpal when I replied lol. Been speaking with him about this, hope what I meant made sense :P

. Would like the chrome trim around the lower grill too but rusty said that it's a pain to fit as the whole bumper needs to come off...

Yes mate it needs to unclipped form the back so bumper off and lower grill out, you might be able to do leaving the lower in but taking it out will you to see all the clips and twist the grill around.

Have completed the full interior led conversion
that's boot light, glove compartment, front lights and rear lights. Couple of pictures here:

They look blue but they are bright white
also gonna fit another one in the boot when I have chance and have leds to put in the visors when I get them off Rusty2009 next month
Edit: wow!! These things are properly bright and have a sort of blue tint to them!
