Over on the Vectra-c.com forum there is a bloke called Teapot.

He's done loads of remaps, tuning, etc for people, including the 2.0 CDTi engines fitted to the Insignia and Astra-J. He has a very good reputation.

Might be worth your while popping over there and looking him up.
