I really don't know what to say that will help you
my 1.7 suddenly came up with the "dont stop driving" message as I pulled onto my drive, so I went back out for a thrash, it blew out loads (and I mean LOADS) of black crap.
I don't know what the soot levels are on my car, but usually when they get too high you get the message that I got , aftre that it goes into limp home.
I'm no expert, but if yours is at 131% then either your diagnostic tool is lying to you
or
maybe your dpf filter etc has been removed by a previous owner and the computer system still shows the level when it went into "limp mode"
I think the only way to find out for sure is to get it looked at by a Vauxhall dealer or Vauxhall specialist
