Hi mate, I bought these in red a while back and wired them to the window switches as the ambient light feed didn’t seem to have enough voltage.

Then I tapped into the light feed in the window switch so it dims along with the rest of the interior lights

Thanks mate, how did you tuck them in between the trim? Are they stuck down or? Then did you put a small hole to run the cable to the window switch?

I actually folded a bit of insulation tape over the lip of the led to make it a tighter fit in the gap. When the door card is off there is a small hole to allow you to feed the led strip from behind the door handle.
