We're going to have a puppy Golden Retriever in August. But I have the hatchback so it's not ideal but it will have to do.
I think he will still fit when he's big, but no such room for those containers
I actually even bought the Travall Dog Guard, very easy to install!
He'd go in a hatch quite readily, what you will find is there will be a space at the back, behind the seats - because of the gradient, mines never tried to get into that space, hence the umbrellas etc.
I'll see if he will pose for a photo tonight, been a while since I added one of the dog and car

31 kilo, yes that's not too big indeed. Our pup's mother and father aren't large either so we're expecting a smaller dog as well. But he still has to be born, in about 1-2 weeks
But when the dog lies down, it will take up the space close behind the seats as well, right? Certainly in my hatchback.
