I had a H5754L professionally fitted today and the seats appear to be reversed. When I turn the drivers side on the unit thinks it's passengers? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Is it only heated seats? Or for example doors are mixed up too? If so, you should check settings in the canbus menu on the factory settings (code should be "126").
