Hiya,
I'm currently away on business so it will be a while before I can get a photo (I need to remove the bumper again anyway to refit a new camera).
In a nutshell though, I simply soldered them in parallel to each other, then the final one terminated in a waterproof connector. I ran a power supply from the reverse light to the male side of the connector & need to introduce a switch in the roof console to master - control them separately.
