I thought they might be a sister company, however, the instructions are no where near as clear as the racechip instructions

Also to open up the case is 4 very long screws, T15 type

No mention of the type of tool to open the box, nor any indication in the instructions of what is the lowest or highest setting

I did give them a call and default setting is midway, so fingers crossed thats the case, as I dont want to be messing about unscrewing the case numerous times !
