Mods are cosmetic as you can see,
Carbon fibre flaps
Carbon fibre blades
Carbon wing mirrors (dipped)
Full VX respray
Full wheel refurb with black inserts (was grey)
Wrapped chrome window trim
Smoked headlights
Things to do
Blackout exhaust trim
Might black out boot badge/change to a Opel blacked out badge
Thing that's about it
Think the pictures might be a bit big as I've never used photo bucket before!

It was never mentioned as they use the film on high end mercs as well, it's a pain to do so was glad I left it to the professionals

They where done under warranty as three had the dreaded milking starting, but the company the bodyshop used was alloy art in Southend, Essex.
I'm very very impressed with them

I would as it really suits the car, there's a guy near me who has a red vxr as well and he had it done as well with no problems

I have a spare 20" wheel and I'm toying with the idea of powder coating/painting it black to see how it looks

I think all black and you'll start losing the style of the wheel, just my opinion though

Vauxhall said I had to have them refurbed before they'll give me a new set, so asked for the black.
I think they're still having problems from the factory yet these are the third set I know off that have been refurbished and there's been no issues, one guy has had his done 12 months ago and there still holding up.

They do need the different colour on the face. I need to find somewhere that will touch the wheels. Then I'll be able to get mine sorted. They have picked up damage from pot holes

That's my fear, although there's a guy in Russia that's gone all black and they look good but only from certain angles so I'll properly leave them as they are or it'll end up looking like a gtc limited edition!

My dealer said Vauxhall wouldn't refurb due to the style of the wheel being diamond cut faces

Shame your so far away as the company the body shop used are ace but also found a place in billericay that'll do them no problems as they refurbish Bentley/Lamborghini/Aston Martin wheels

This is what boils my wee about vauxhall dealers, these can very easily be done.
Go to another dealer like I did about my full respray
Vauxhall are always without fail let down by there dealer network

Nice car mate first I've seen in red, black & Arden blue seem to be the common VXR colour.

Thanks
Arden blue is the colour of choice but I wanted a red car and it's a stunning red in the flesh
Only seen one other where I lived and it's only blooming red!!
