Genuine Vauxhall parts
#1
My Astra is still with my local independent garage (great people).  For the second time in the last month, they have ordered parts from the local Vauxhall dealership. And for the second time, the wrong parts have been delivered. The parts are on a 7-working days' lead time, so again I am without the car for a couple of weeks.  The local garage are at their wits' end dealing with Vauxhall.

Any recommendations for a reliable supplier of genuine Vauxhall parts, either serving north west London (I am in NW3) or serving the UK?

Thanks
Jonathan.

www.autovaux.co.uk

Always had great service from them. One thing though, I have occasionally noticed incorrect items on their website (parts for brakes mainly because of J60 & J67 systems), so best to call them to confirm.

Genuine GM, or OEM supply. Cheaper than Vauxhall too.

They've also got an eBay shop too

Thanks Big Dave2 and Rusty 2009 for the recommendations.  Autovox looks like a good bet 'cos you enter your registration number and it picks the "right" parts.  Point noted about checking with them.  The local Vauxhall dealership finally came up with the goods today (I forget how long they have been on order), so the car goes back to the local independent garage tomorrow and we will find out if they have sent the right parts this time.  Meanwhile the local garage has been waiting three weeks for Insignia parts for another customer and have asked me to pass on your recommendations.

Autovaux/Genuine Part Search are the same company - speak to Russ/Craig.

I have also used Vauxhall Superstore.
