GTC 1.4 twin exhausts?

Looking at changing the wifes Corsa VXR for a GTC but would like to know how to achieve twin exhausts like this one?
I have spoke with the dealer we are getting the GTC from but they can't find a twin exhaust lower valance for the GTC on their system.

I think it's the biTurbo diesel which comes with the twin tailpaipes from the factory, so the backbox and bumper valance from that model would be my first choice
