Hi everyone !

I'm Valentin, 34yo, product designer in the south of France and owner of a red GTC (2012) and a red Calibra (1991 redtop), yeah I love red Looney

I'm here because I bought a complete set to upgrade my Navi900 to the Infinity sound system. As I searched for informations about that, I found out some good ones on this forum. But some are still missing for me. And one big pain point is the fact that the Infinity wire harness is integrated to the complete interior wire harness. The goal is now to isolate the wires I need from those I don't need and pray for the return "amplified" wires to go on a plug behind the unit and not directly to the speakers...

Anyway, I'll try to post that work here to help people in the same case.

Have a nice day !

Hi,

Welcome to forum.

I did the infinity sound retrofit.

I made the loom myself.

The radio will need programming to enable the infinity sound system.

Hi Rusty,

Did you find an electrical scheme to make your own wire harness ?

How do I proceed to program the radio? Because I have two choices :

- As I also bought the radio from the same car that had the Infinity, I know that I also need to unlock this radio if I install it in my GTC.
- Or I need programming my own radio

What is the easiest ?

Sorry maybe I'll have to open a new topic in the good section to talk about that ?

Unlock the 900 from other car if you have it.
I can do it remotely if you have MDI.

Yes I have wiring info best to really to start a new thread really on that then it'll be easier for everyone to find, I'll try and get it done over the weekend.

Actually the wiring information is already on the forum.

Look at the UQA as that is Infinity sound.
