Progress Thread Conor97

Hi,

I’m relatively new to this forum and I wanted to start by introducing myself properly...

My name is Conor, I am 20 & I had been saving up for a Vauxhall GTC for nearly 2 years and finally purchased one outright from Evans Halshaw Vauxhall a couple of weeks ago, I am absolutely over the moon with it (Great cars imo).

I have a Vauxhall GTC SRI CDTI 2.0 S/S 165ps

It is a 64 Reg (First registered Jan 2015)

Also only 18,000 on the clock...

Even before buying the vehicle I wanted to do a fair few customisations to it and what a way to kick it off with a full LED upgrade...

The LED’s I purchased were:

- Main + Full Beam
- DRL’s
- Number Plates
- Reverse Light
- Interior Light

My plans for the future are as follows:

- Limited Edition Spoiler
- Body Coloured Rear Bumper (LE / Bi-Turbo)
- Limited Edition 20” Alloys?
- Navi 950 Fit
- Tinted Tail & Front Lights
- Interior SMD’s / Ambient Light Colour change
- Footwell Ambient Lighting
- Body Coloured Bumper & Grill?
- Darkened Upholstery?
- Dashboard & Door ambient rope lighting
- LED Tail Lights
- Roof Wrapped Gloss Black

Navi 950 & SMDs with the help of Rusty2009’s amazing magic.

Thanks.

Thanks mate much appreciated!

I wanted it to be a Navi rather than an aftermarket unit.

I put 950 in my 2010 with dab+ and cam, I think for factory nav pretty good and obviously looks standard

Do you have any before and after pics? I’ve got my eye on one but they are so hard to come across.

Connor, where did you source your navi 950 and the LED rear lights? Your car looks stunning. A brilliant example of what can be done with a little time and effort.

The Navi 950 parts I sourced myself with help from Jpbroad & Rusty, the box and a few cables were supplied to me, I was linked other parts such as screen fascia etc.

The LED Tail lights came up for sale on one of the GTC Forums on Facebook.

Thanks pal
