Courier Service
#1
Hi Folks,

Can anyone recommend a decent courier service? As I'm sure Kevin will agree Parcel2go have given a really poor service and are yet to deliver the parcel. I've asked for them to return the parcel to myself so that I can then arrange for another courier to deliver the parcel. So basically looking for recommend couriers that would be able to deliver a parcel next day.

Thanks

John

I would just stick with parcel2go. I'm quote impressed with them!!!

John, no worries about sending it next day. There's no rush.

I hope your getting the delivery costs reimbursed after the hassles.

I have used them in the past and they have been fine. From what I've been able to obtain from them it looks like City Link are where the system breaks down.

I use Parcel monkey normally go with City-link, I've only had one problem with them out of the 30-40 parcels I've sent I got a full refund from parcel monkey, and after I complained to City link I got another refund from them and my next parcel free up to £25.
