smeared windscreen

My Astra GTC from windscreen is very smeared and I have tried everything to clean vinegar Polish the lot Even new wiper blades but still when it rains at night it is very smeared. my friend also has the same problem with his GTC Does anybody else get this

Have you tried using a lemon?

You could try apc or meths. This time of the year you will find that the spay coming up off the road will contain oils from the tarmac and from cars.

I've noticed that mine or starting to get bad but thought mine was due to needing new wipers
