I noticed that my oil life is at 38% should I be worried or am I ok?

i would go by mileage than to trust that

Don't worry about it I got mine down to 5% before it was its service.

Ignore it.. well that's what my service manager said.

It's based on miles done / time past or something not actually the condition of the oil.

Mines on 35%, got the car in March and only done 4,000 miles. I'm just ignoring it for now as can't be a true reflection of oil condition.
