rear hacht rubbing rear bumper how do i adj it

hi all the rear hatch or boot is rubbing the top of the rear bumper how do i adj it

I had this problem on my Astra J Tourer
The rear bumper wasn't fitted in the clips correctly (fitted above the clips rather than in the clips)
I had to remove the rear bumper and refit correctly.
not hard to do, but a bit fiddly to get some of the screws and clips out, took about 45mins to do
