Used keys can't be reprogrammed.
I think if you had a complete set keys barrel and the immobilizer ring over the barrel and door barrels it may be possible, but couldn't be 100% on that.

The problem with the Keys now is they sealed units and you would have to get a replacement case off eBay and Tucpal says they are crap you would also have to get the right chip and it's soldered to the Circuit board

lookers quoted me £87.50 for a new key cut and programed
i still need to sort that out i will get it done next week when i have more time

That's a better quote than my mate had last week, he threw his keys in a strop and the key split in half. The key was fixable but the chip was no where to be seen, cost him £90 just for the chip and reprogramming :O
