Code p242f-00 - Ruzty - 9:th-Aug-2020 So my dpf light came on and noticed before that my astra would not do dpf regens anymore. I plugged in my tester and got these codes. I have to do a forced regeneration using the tester every 250km and these codes keep coming up. Do i need to replace my dpf filter? Before you start replacing parts I would get someone who knows the system and fully understands it there is a company called DPF doctor https://www.the-dpf-doctor.com/ I know Adam from AC autotech has been fully trained by them and he really knows his stuff always first time fix. https://www.facebook.com/ACAutoTech Worth paying their diag fee and saving money. Code p242f-00 - Ruzty - 12:th-Aug-2020 I think i will delete the dpf as im not a fan of them. Yes costs more than cleaning but at least there is no more hassle.
