help with interior A trim removal passenger pillar astra j - stestrange82 - 12:th-Feb-2019

Hi all hope I'm posting in the correct place

I need to remove the A pillar interior cover on the passenger side of my car to fit a dashcam and a few other wires for my new stereo

it doesn't have the airbag clip to flick out or a screw . I wondered if anyone knew a easy way to remove it before I yank it out and break it lol

Give it a good yank at the top, it will pull out so far.

There is a big metal clip holding it best using a pillars to pinch the clip and pull the rest of the way out.

Then pull it out towards you from the bottom.

Refitting is no pillars are needed but be careful not to trap any wires.

thank you will give it a go later. just didn't want to catch the ribbon that was behind it as I'm guessing that has something to do with airbag deployment

Yes it runs down and bolts in.
