Carplay Android Auto usb dongle - marcus01 - 31:st-Jan-2018 Came across this today. Basically it is a usb dongle which plugs into the Android HU and gives you a Carplay / Android Auto type interface on the screen via an app. Looks pretty good and costs about 50 quid.
