Check brake lights - Iaintruten - 8:th-Jan-2018 Hi has anyone had this check brake lights before? Happened twice before but noticed 1 of the leds burnt out on top brake light the first time so replaced the unit but got this re appearing again tonight and don't have any brake lights out, so was just to see of anyone has had the same issue before I start stripping lights out and checking earths etc as if it was just one I would have thought it would specify which one. I have had this come up today but only as i fitted LEDS in the lower reflectors on rear of car, i need to fit a resister into circuit. Was the new LED brake lights genuine? If not might not have resister. Otherwise i'd check lights on both sides. easy to get in and out. just hand tight screw at back of both sides and then pull out.
