Brake pedal creep - Kippermcflipper - 6:th-May-2017 Just a query those of you with a diesel astra j (mine is a 2.0 auto) have you noticed brake pedal creep where if you sit with the engine running - press the pedal down hard and constantly - do you find slowly the pedal drops to the floor? Pedal creep is normal with diesel cars. Apparently it is due to excessive vacuum pulling the pedal down and you'd never have this type of effect in real life. Thanks to all for the responses.
