PDC on VXR front bumper - Hummelshøj - 8:th-Apr-2017

Just ordered a complete VXR front bumper. It dosen´t have PDC option. PDC was not an option on the VXR.

Mine comes from factory with PDC. Has anybody fitted the PDC sensors in this bumper and where.

Maybe someone has a good idea how to fit the sensors.

All inputs are welcome.

The bumper should have making inside showing where the holes are to be drilled.

Also you would need to buy the repair brackets and have them bonded onto the bumper.

That would be great if there were markings on the backside, like on all the other bumpers. But I am not sure there are any, as the VXR didn´t have front PDC as a factory option. I guess I will have to wait and see.

If Not just use your bumper as a guide.

I have now got the VXR frontbumper. There are no markerings for PDC and I can not use the old bumper as a guide because, where they are seated now on the standard bumper, On the VXR bumper there is no plastic to put them in and the holes are much bigger for cooling and brakes..

Front parking sensors are not fitted to the VXR, only rear ones.

You'd have to place them somewhere else on the bumper then.

I am aware of that as I wrote it in the #1 post.
