New Guy's Head Unit Question - Nuko-san - 5:th-Apr-2017
Hi Guys,
Fist thing first it's my first post so be gentle, I was looking into changing the rubbish CD400 for one of the android head units got two in mind but dunno which one to choose:

anyone know which one to go with?
there's an obvious difference in hardware:
One's 1gig or fam and 16gig of storage
the other one is 2gig and 32gig respectively
different version of android (4.4 vs 6.0)
But since the difference in price is £1 ... anyone has experience with those?

Hi Rusty,
I have read it and it's a nice little showcase, what I was wondering is whether there's any functional difference between the two units, ergo is it worth trying the more beefy (hardware wise) one, or is it the you get less functionality but more processing power...

The 6.0 version looks good but I don't know what the Android OS support for it would be like.
There is a lad on the FB VXOC group who has one and seems happy enough with it. If I'm honest, the hardware on the m072 could be getting a bit long in the tooth. The latest Spotify app battles to run on it.

I'm currently working on site in Hull and am tempted to get the 6.0 version, probably can flash - it if need, if no one used one on this forum?

Someone always has to bite the bullet and buy one. I think I had the first m072 on here so I know the feeling of the unknown.
