Astra GTC VXR - Pwizzle93 - 27:th-Mar-2017

Hi!

I'm going to look at/purchase a gtc vxr this weekend. However I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I should look out for. To tell whether it is okay or a shed? I look forward to hear from you!

Thanks Will!

on the vxr you should listen for any gearbox noises, some are normal but any whining is bad.

Other than that ensure both seats tilit forward, if the handle is broken it is over £1k each seat for the dealer to repair !

Is it the m32 gearbox? Or have they replaced it? I have the m32 in my current Astra and i knownits a bit of a problem child! And as for the seats thanks for the warning!!!

Check your bank manager will approve a second mortgage for the fuel costs  Rofl

I'm just jealous as i have to do 50+ miles per day and can't justify the costs

Seat fold mechanism, they are quite notorious for the handle which tilts the the seat forward to let passengers in to become faulty.
