New Car - Jackery - 5:th-Jan-2017 I just purchased a new Astra and it has had Code 22 pop up ever since I had picked it up, last Sunday which I found out on google is the right sides light has a fault or is a non-generic light. I looked at the car this morning and actually have realised it seems to be missing a light (I think) Looking at the indicators, the right-hand side's light has got a space on the outer ring of it which looks empty whereas the left-hand side seems to have a light below it. Please find both links attached to an image, do you think it is missing a light? Would it fail its MOT? How much would it cost to get a replacement and it fitted. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/C1cIU0EXAAAc-C9.jpg (Left) https://pbs.twimg.com/media/C1cIXopWIAIQSw6.jpg (Right) Thank you in advanced RE: New Car - Rusty2009 - 6:th-Jan-2017 They are the fog's / indicator's and the fogs aren't canbus monitored so won't be throwing up code 22. But it looks like you don't have a fog light on the right hand side. Side light would be in the headlight it's a dual Filament bulb which does the DRL and sidelight. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-x-580-380W-LARGE-CAPLESS-BRAKE-STOP-TAIL-LIGHT-BULB-12V-21-5W-WEDGE-BASE-/221270156076?hash=item3384baa32c:g:kr4AAMXQLs5RvGFz RE: New Car - stigeye - 6:th-Jan-2017 Code 22 is right sidelight failure which means it's the rear cluster lol. RE: New Car - Jackery - 6:th-Jan-2017 I thought thata but they seem to be working RE: New Car - Jackery - 6:th-Jan-2017 Thought so! :( Do you know how much these are/ where I can obtain one from maybe even fitted?
