Anyone know if I can put led bulbs in my drl's by adding a resistor first

I do not think these will be a straight fit. The Astra J are dual filament so you will find 3 wires on it, low, high, ground. Also the sockets itself is not a direct fit to the headlight housing so may find that it will be loose.
