JPW's White gtc - JPW - 29:th-Aug-2016 Hi all .....I've had my car now for a month or so .... Today I got up bright and early .... ... First off I gave it a wash then I clay barred it before applying a super resin polish ... Next job was to 5d Carbon wrap my mirror covers as they are marked with stone chips etc Then I fitted some team heko's And yes this is all done today !!! I also debadged the rear( apart from the gtc badge ) and sides Also wrapped the little side things on the roof spoiler On my list of things to do are : EXTERNAL : Colour code the bottom of the rear bumper 5d Carbon fibre wrap the front grill Paint the wheels in rover gunmetal grey ( may do the bottom of the rear bumper the same ) Pedal box Either tuning box or remap Lower 30mm ish Fit a small centre diffuser to the rear bumper and paint white or get the small side defusers ( not sure yet ) Custom exhaust somewhere down the line Make the front fogs yellow INTERNAL : Custom paint all the trim surrounds in gloss black Wrap some things in carbon New mats Led bulbs And I think that is about it Hope you like Cheers james RE: JPW's White gtc - WoZLinGToN - 29:th-Aug-2016 Nice work James, got my hekos on today as well, what engine is it? The pedal box is well worth it, you can find them cheap on ebay most vauxhall pedal boxes will work. The carbon wrap looks good against the white, I like it! RE: JPW's White gtc - JPW - 29:th-Aug-2016 its a 2.0 cdti and thanks :0) RE: JPW's White gtc - J1ODYA - 29:th-Aug-2016 Nice work... get it lowered Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk RE: JPW's White gtc - JPW - 29:th-Aug-2016 (29:th-Aug-2016, 21:05:53)J1ODYA Wrote: Nice work... get it lowered Yes I agree , although not sure how low yet (29:th-Aug-2016, 19:45:50)WoZLinGToN Wrote: Nice work James, got my hekos on today as well, what engine is it? And also my number plate bulbs It suprised how the small things make such a difference Until the next time James RE: JPW's White gtc - JPW - 17:th-Oct-2016 Hi all.... managed to get some led bulbs fitted to the interior Cheers james Next on the list is ..... Led reverse light K + n panel filter RE: JPW's White gtc - JPW - 6:th-Nov-2016 Hi guys.... a very quick update Had a spair 5 mins today so I fitted .......................... Firstly the pedal box amazed me no end .... was thinking of a remap or tuning box but now I think I won't bother until I get used to the new driving experience !!! The k+n panel filter makes the engine note slightly different on acceleration compared to the sofa cushion they use as standard !!!! And finally the led reverse light ( bulb ) ... this makes a big difference in the dark as the led is a lot brighter and seems to throw the light out further and let's be honest we need all the help we can get with the gtc lol... I may have to look into getting a LHD rear light cluster with the reverse light in the rhs so I have 2 :0) Cheers james Next mods will be a few painted bits and maybe a lowering frenzy |
