Thinking of getting some new wheels for my astra j 5 door. Wanting good quality but not wanting to pay too much, I like the fan wheels I had on my old gtc but they are out of my price range. Looking to spend £300-£400 don't mind good condition 2nd hand

The GTC Alloys really suit the 5-door but they are out of your budget and not many are coming up on ebay now.
What wheels do you have at the moment?
I found Lewis a nice set of 17's with good tyres to replace his steel 14's they were £200 + fuel.
I do have a set of 5 x 17's all with good tyres one is even brand new.

don't forget the pcd difference on the astra j
your car is a diesel so you need 5/115 and petrol are 5/105
the 19 inch look real good but the Tyre prices are shocking
a second hand set should cost around the £500 mark
