2010 Astra J - Cooling Fan issue - Madal101_uk - 17:th-Dec-2024 Hi, I’m having a problem on my 2010 1.6 Sri Astra J. The cooling fan is running all the time, even on motorway driving, it won’t shut off. I’ve had a diagnostic tester on and it flagged up the following code. P0480 - Cooling Fan Relay 1 Control Circuit So far I’ve replaced the following: - the sensor at the bottom of the radiator - the expansion tank (with sensor) - the thermostat with built-in sensor I’ve also checked the 3 relays for continuity and operation with 12v supply, and noted they all work perfectly off the car, which suggests when fitted one or more are receiving power. I don’t have access to an electrical diagram for the cooling system, which is making further troubleshooting difficult. Anyone have an idea what to do next?
