LED HEAD LIGHTS - Cameron UK - 24:th-Jul-2014 There is only one way to find out lol LED HEAD LIGHTS - tucpal - 24:th-Jul-2014 they will need loads on them but you are right theres only one way to find out i will get some and see i will try them without the load resistors and see if they work and check them out in the dark for vision LED HEAD LIGHTS - Rusty2009 - 24:th-Jul-2014 They say they are error free so you shouldn't need any load resistors on them. LED HEAD LIGHTS - tucpal - 24:th-Jul-2014 they just look like H7 BULBS to me with a 5w cree on top so hopefully they don't LED HEAD LIGHTS - Rusty2009 - 24:th-Jul-2014 When fitting fit the drivers side first as all the load is on the passenger side first. LED HEAD LIGHTS - tucpal - 4:th-Aug-2014 they should be here tomorrow LED HEAD LIGHTS - Lewis6317 - 4:th-Aug-2014 Awesome :-p LED HEAD LIGHTS - Rusty2009 - 9:th-Oct-2014 tucpal Wrote:they should be here tomorrow And what happened as you've not done an update mate LED HEAD LIGHTS - kfayz - 9:th-Oct-2014 Waiting LED HEAD LIGHTS - tucpal - 9:th-Oct-2014 about the MTEC cosmo 100w blue bulbs in one word NAFFF honestly they did look good in the headlight they were nice and white but the light out put was very poor as expected from a blue bulb felt like driving with no lights on compared to the Phillips extreme vision i did do a comparison the pic,s speak for themselves the lights are in alignment MTEC COSMOS BLUE 100W PHILIPS XTREME VISION 60W BOTH DIPPED BEAM And on the LED side still not done that one yet but i would say the first one linked still looked promising LED HEAD LIGHTS - kfayz - 9:th-Oct-2014 maybe xenon will be better but all types i tried didnt work. LED HEAD LIGHTS - tucpal - 9:th-Oct-2014 i worry about the LED working but giving errors and as yet no one on here has tried them on the j LED HEAD LIGHTS - kfayz - 10:th-Oct-2014 I am going to change the stock bulbs they are so bad so which are better xtreme vision or osram nb unlimited? LED HEAD LIGHTS - tucpal - 10:th-Oct-2014 i have tried and have both the osram night breaker plus and Phillips extreme vision both are good bulbs with good vision at night but the Phillips extreme vision is the one that just has the edge 100% better at night than the standard bulbs for sure a big improvement not the whitest bulb in the head light but vision is excellent they light up the road and road signs far better i put the night breakers in the high beam and again an improvement was noticeable LED HEAD LIGHTS - kfayz - 12:th-Oct-2014 Are there any bixenon hid rings that work without errors? I dont live in the uk so pretty much everyone here has hids. LED HEAD LIGHTS - tucpal - 13:th-Oct-2014 Do you have left hand drive if so there are headlights available with projectors but only for left hand drive cars LED HEAD LIGHTS - kfayz - 13:th-Oct-2014 tucpal Wrote:Do you have left hand drive if so there are headlights available with projectors but only for left hand drive cars yeah its left hand drive can u recommend me one? LED HEAD LIGHTS - tucpal - 13:th-Oct-2014 I will put a few links up later on LED HEAD LIGHTS - tucpal - 13:th-Oct-2014 is this what you are after https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=i&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=images&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&docid=TDoXIh_DeM49FM&tbnid=pJAJyJ16nHutWM:&ved=0CAUQjhw&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.sw-tuning.de%2Fen%2FSW-DRL-headlights-Opel-Astra-J-09-14-LED-DRL-R87-black-5doors%3A%3A33905.html&ei=6Ao8VMKDEYnoaNOmgpgJ&bvm=bv.77161500,d.ZGU&psig=AFQjCNFKkfliKCrBChLXK0q6VbGwS4TsaQ&ust=1413307457789374 they fit the original h7 bulb or you can fit a HID kit in there also http://www.hids-direct.co.uk/astra-mk6-h7-canbus-pro-hid-conversion-35w-kit/ LED HEAD LIGHTS - kfayz - 13:th-Oct-2014 tucpal Wrote:is this what you are after thanks alot i was looking for a hid kit that works without errors is the one u recommended bixenon or will i have to get two for main and dipped beam? LED HEAD LIGHTS - tucpal - 13:th-Oct-2014 the HID kit will be just for the main lights and is error free high beam will be best left as a H7 standard bulb if you get the above head light units it will have LED DRL and use the standard bulbs but you can fit a HID kit in the main lights if you wish the headlight is not bixenon as it uses the standard bulbs but has the bixenon look to the head lights they say they are error free i dont see why they would not be if you put 2 H7 bulbs in there the LED DRL should have built in loads in the head light so this should also be ok LED HEAD LIGHTS - kfayz - 13:th-Oct-2014 The headlight units are quite expensive so i will get piaa for the drls and the hid kit for thr main beam |
