Desperately need radiator help - tommyboy1289 - 14:th-May-2016

Desperately need help guys, due to go away monday but the cars poorly, had a thermostat fitted last weekend but noticed a leak around the bleed screw, so I put a new bleed screw in but was still leaking, put some PTFE on and it's slowed it down, lad who I use for repairs thinks it's a new radiator job, anyone else got any suggestions before I take a lump hammer to the whole car?

Heres some pics which is what makes me think it's the bleed screw,

have to agree if a new plastic bleed screw did not do the job then the threads on the rad are most likely damaged

Put some wynns coolant leak stop in earlier, not good I know but it's holding for now. Aslong as it lasts a couple of weeks I'll get it flushed and a new rad fitted.
