Hi

My air con has started to make a hissing noise when it is switched on and is no longer cold. Is it worth trying to do a top up or is it likely I have a leak?
It’s a 64 plate and done 46k miles. I’ve never had it topped up before.

I would get it checked, it's dangerous stuff with big fines attached if you let gas into atmosphere.

Update - I had a recharge done (the machine also tests it for leaks). It’s working great now.
