Thank you , do you know if I’m able to buy an adapter to take it up to standard usb connector , as I want to be able to use existing usb centre console connection with my aftermarket pioneer radio , so I don’t have to run extra cabling or fit a new flush mounted USB adapter

If you were to of asked that in your original question it would of been easier.
There is no adaptor that can fit the factory USB plug on the radio end.
I'm assuming your keeping the SD port, USB & AUX port.
If so you will want a Type A to Mini-B
