Im having trouble connecting my iphone so i can take and receive calls atm
Connects via bluetooth however when i have it connected via usb i cant hear anything
What am i doing wrong?

The USB and BT volume is very low and you need the volume turned up higher.
Also make sure your phone volume is up as high as it will go.
