Hi guys,i have astra j 1.7 110hp and when i turn off the car i pull the key out and put it back in half way ,so the radio can shut off. But few days ago i noticed when i put the key back in ,my car wants to start by itself and press clutch light is blinking,today i was accidentaly holding the clutch and car just started and then shut off by itself,anyone knows what could be the problem?

When doing the key are you doing it quickly or slowly?
It's not something I've come across before.
I pull out fast and than wait 2,3 seconds and then slowly put it in.

What about the key though
I tried with different key but same,this happens sometimes not every day,but it’s anoying
It's a very strange one & not one I've heard of before.
does your car have the stop/start function?
Could be a faulty part on the ignition maybe
