How much are these then and what bulb type are they?
You don't need a reversing light, just use your super bright No. plate lights!
with both the LED number plate lights and the LED reverse light they do make seeing whats behind you possible for the first time ever Lol
Cameron Riza will have the prices as this is a new product he is now selling
This is the reverse led I've got in the VXR

Didnt bother to take any other photos, I immediately fitted back the old yellowish bulb Looney
Where did you get the bulb?

It could be a faulty bulb.

no i did not as my car was not on canbus

These bulbs have loads in them and that could be faulty.

the set from lush will work for sure
tell him we sent you
Ok, thanks
Do you guys think that the link for the LED's that are in the first post are still good to this?

As I'm from Portugal if they aren't the return would be a little expensive...

They sell two LED's for the price, but they say in the description that in some cars the system will not detect the lamp anyway and that we have to buy a resistor... What do you think?

Did you do it? And did it work?
Hmmm
Reading this thread and watching the photos, I got one idea.
As all cars in my country are RHD reverse light is placed on right side of trunk lid.
On UK cars its on opposite side.
So if I get an UK reversing light and put it on my astra I will get two reversing lights right?

But will they both work?

I can find some UK astra here on scrapyard

I don't think you will have 2 reverse lights. You will have 1 reverse light and 1 white fog light.
@Rusty2009 has a nice how-2 where he converted the reflectors to have red LED strips in them for fogs & added a LHD cluster for dual reverse lights.

Something I hope to repeat next year Smile
