VXOC Astra-J/GTC

Engine over heated on motorway stopped checked water okay then checked oil no oil in the engine topped up to max restarted engine knocking top end left it till the next day started it up when cooled down and it was smoking for 10 mins and ruff idle smoke cleared up and still knocking and ruff idle rev it past 2000 rpm and it sounds normal any ideas got the turbo in the specialist today to found out if the turbo are fault thanks????

a lack of oil can cause many problems inside an engine, get it looked at by a garage or engine specialists

Took it the garage this morning they reckon it's a fuel problem I will keep you updated

Sounds like the injectors but no oil is not good at all

Big job not good have a big job done myself it is not good when they go wrong that's for sure

I had to split the turbo to put it in night mare to get the oil pipe on the 2 10mm bolts and the 3 on the exhaust manifold
