VXOC Astra-J/GTC

Hi my daughter has a astra j 1.6 auto and a light has come on its one with a spanner pic and under neath it it says service esp ,as i dont have a booklet , what does this mean.

Hi, it means there is a fault with the electric stability control and needs to be plugged on for diagnostic.
