Haha it's been fine so far but needs soldered just to be safe. But I'm actually thinking of changing from red to blue... I can't decide haha!

I'll bring my tools, I have a soldering iron too but obviously needs plugging in haha, unless someone has a cordless one

Are any of you good at led conversions??

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I've done it before on my mk5 Astra but wouldn't say I'm good like haha but it worked lol

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I haven't ordered the LEDs yet but I'm going to change over from red to blue, do window switches, headlight switch first I think. Just need to know which leds

Awesome! Have @nemo saying he will do mine but if he doesn't want too then we can pester you [WINKING FACE]. Bringing my tools too and yeah I have a gas soldering iron

Haha awesome, well if we do it all together it will get done quicker ;-)

I'll give it a go and I've not done an LED conversion before, my uncle will do mine for me.

@sheppy1 is there a lot that needs soldering?
Ermmm well some of it I've crimped which to me... Feels pretty solid! So unsure if it needs soldering. There about 5 or so connections that havent been crimped or soldered that are just twist and tape jobs

Sent from my XT1092 using Tapatalk
I have about 10 connections that need soldered hahaha

Hahaha was the same as me till I found that crimping could do almost as good a job as soldering... But still some places which are too fiddly to crimp or solder for me!
